1. Scope

This policy describes the general privacy principles that apply across Orino Space's products, including the orino.space website and both desktop applications, Orino Studio and Orino Flow.

Each product may have its own, more detailed privacy policy published on its own site (studio.orino.space and flow.orino.space). Where there is a difference, the specific product's policy governs that product's operation.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: your email address when you sign up via email or Google — shared across Orino Studio and Orino Flow.
• Payment information: transactions are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store bank card details.
• Service operation data: signed-in devices, daily feature usage counts (numbers only, never your content), and application version — used to enforce plan limits, manage devices, and deliver automatic updates.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used to:

• Authenticate your identity and manage login sessions across both products.
• Verify subscription status and device limits.
• Send registration confirmation emails, account notifications, and invoices.
• Deliver automatic application updates.
• Provide technical support when you request it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account information is stored on secure infrastructure: passwords are always encrypted before storage, all connections are protected with HTTPS, and login sessions expire and can be remotely revoked when needed.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The orino.space website and product sub-sites use only the minimal technical cookies required for basic operation. We do not use analytics cookies, behavioral tracking, or third-party advertising.

The desktop applications store session tokens locally on your device. These tokens are never shared with any third party.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify: update your account information from within the app or via support email.
• Delete: request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Unsubscribe: opt out of email communications by contacting support.

7. Third-Party Services

Orino Space's products integrate with the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

• PayOS: handles Visa/Mastercard payment processing. We never receive or store card data.
• PayPal: handles PayPal (USD) payments. Transactions take place on PayPal's systems.
• AI model providers (OpenAI / Anthropic / Google, etc.): some features — such as external AI translation in Orino Studio, or video generation via Google Flow/Veo in Orino Flow — require sending text or generation requests to the relevant provider for processing.

8. User-Generated Content

In Orino Studio, everything you process (translated videos, dubs, cloned voices) is produced and stored locally on your machine. In Orino Flow, part of the pipeline (video generation, scene assembly) runs through third-party AI models you choose to use — details are covered in flow.orino.space's own privacy policy.

In all cases, you are solely responsible for the content you produce and for how you use, publish, and distribute it. See Terms of Use — section 6 for full details.

9. Policy Changes

If we make significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The last-updated date is always shown at the top of this page.
