1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the orino.space website, or downloading, installing, or using Orino Studio or Orino Flow ("the Products"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these general Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Products.

Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

2. General Terms vs. Product-Specific Terms

These Terms set out the general principles that apply across Orino Space. Product-specific matters — such as subscription plan details, pricing, refund policy, and device limits — are governed by each product's own Terms of Service:

• Orino Flow: see the subscription terms at flow.orino.space.

Where these general Terms conflict with a product's specific terms, the product-specific terms govern activity related to that product.

3. User Accounts

To access the full feature set of our products, you need to create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• Sharing your account with others or reselling access is not permitted.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect a violation of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, or as required by law.

4. Software License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our products in accordance with each product's specific terms and for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

You are not permitted to:

• Copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense the software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Remove or obscure copyright notices within the products.

5. Intellectual Property

All components of Orino Space's products — including source code, interface design, bundled AI models, and documentation — are the property of Orino Space and protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a subscription only grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the corresponding product; it does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

6. User Content & Responsibility

You bear full legal responsibility for the content you process or create with any Orino Space product, as well as for how you use, publish, and distribute that content. By using our products, you agree that:

• You hold the legal rights to any source material (video, audio, text, images, ideas) you process, and your use does not infringe the copyright or intellectual property of any third party.
• You will only clone or imitate another person's voice or likeness with that person's explicit consent.
• You will not use our products to impersonate others, commit fraud, or create or spread misinformation, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• You will comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction and with the terms of any related platforms.

Disclaimer: Orino Space's products are neutral processing tools — you decide and create the content. Orino Space is not responsible for content produced by users with our products, nor for any legal consequences, damages, or disputes arising from the use, publication, or distribution of such content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from your use of our products.
• Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
